US’S: THE TOTAL HOUSE-KEEPING – TERMS & CONDITIONS.
US HOUSE-KEEPER: Are verified personnel who are well trained for House-keeping duties of Corporate Office, Public Sector Undertaking Factors, Industrial Estates, Shopping Complex, Showrooms, Shipyards, Banks, Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Clubs, and Residential Complexes etc. Aptitude personality and personal traits of the individual man are kept in view while assigning the man’s of House-keeping duties at various locations.
PERIOD: The minimum period of the contract would be for one year.
DUTY HOURS: The normal duties hours’ House-Keeping man are eight hours. However, under certain circumstances like the going rate in certain areas the duty may be extended to twelve hours.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be released within 7 days after receiving bill of “Escorts Facility”. Please make cheque / DD in favor of “AARYA UTILITY SERVICES”
RE-EMPLOYEMENT OF EFS PERSONNELS: The clients will not employ US’s staff during this contract period and till completion of contract. If the client does employ any House-Keeping man during this period then the client will be liable to pay EFS’S one year wages of the said individual.
DEDUCTION: Other than TDS, no other deductions can be made from monthly bill. Any extra or less duties in any bill can be adjusted in the subsequent month’s bill.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT: The client should provide all materials of House-Keeping.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: The contract can be terminated on giving one month notice in writing. After taking into account the advance shall be cleared by demand draft / cash. If the client wishes to terminate the contract without notice, then dues to date will have to be cleared by Demand Draft / Cash and the client shall forfeit the advance in lieu of notice. Should the above terms be acceptable, you are requested to sign the duplicate copy and return the same to enable us to proceeds with the house-keeping services.
